Peach Cobbler Empty Peach Cobbler

Peach Cobbler

1 large can sliced peaches, reserve juice
2 sticks butter, melted
1 ½ cups self rising flour
1 ½ cups sugar
1 2/3 cups milk

Melt butter in a 9 x 13 baking pan. Drain peaches and reserve juice. Arrange peaches on bottom of buttered pan. In a bowl mix flour, sugar, and milk until smooth. Spread mixture over peaches and pour half of the reserved peach juice over batter. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Turn oven off, leaving cobbler in oven for and additional 15 minutes.
